We didn’t start an Academy.
We Built a Correction System. Eleven Tool was not created to teach software.
It was created after interviewing 100+ designers who had already completed courses —
yet were not hireable.
Most knew tools. Very few understood responsibility.
That gap is where Eleven Tool was born.
